What does Profile Care cost?
Profile Care is $597 for the first month per location. That includes onboarding, profile repair planning and implementation, baseline reporting, and the first Care cycle. It is $397 per location per month after that. We recommend a 90-day runway so the first month can establish the system and the next two can show the maintenance rhythm, but Care is month-to-month after the first month. The $597 is flat for a standard repair. If your profile needs exceptional work, we quote the premium after the scan, before you commit.
How do I stop?
Tell us. New work stops that day. You keep the month you paid for. You are never charged again. You remove our access in your Google Business Profile settings, and we confirm in writing and send your full change history. No retention call. No 5 to 7 business days. Unused days aren't refunded.
Do I still own my Google Business Profile?
Yes. You retain ownership. B&F uses access only to manage the public profile, explains the scope before connection, and asks before meaningful changes. Private or home addresses are never published without explicit action from you.
Does Profile Care include Google posts?
Not in Core Profile Care. The core service covers profile accuracy, services, proof and media requests, review workflow, approvals, maintenance, and reporting. After we establish a baseline, Local Visibility Growth is an optional $97 per location per month add-on with four approval-governed GBP posts each month.
Will you make changes without asking?
No. Profile Care is approval-first. Every meaningful external change is presented with the proposed content, rationale, risk level, and public surface it affects. The service is managed for you, not automated around you.
What will I see each month?
A clear account of what B&F completed, what needs your input, and the customer actions Google reports, such as calls, website clicks, and direction requests where available. We keep completed work and reported signals distinct from revenue, rankings, or results we cannot verify.
