Demand was real, but every booking ran through the founder. Requests came from several rental platforms, direct email, and shared calendars. Every one needed a reply, an availability check, a calendar update, and a confirmation.

The founder was glued to the phone. The business had grown, but the booking process still depended on one person keeping every detail moving.

Built a booking system that connects availability, add-ons, payment, confirmations, and the team responsible for each booking.

Guests choose a property, select a date and time, add what they need, and pay online. Once payment goes through, the booking details are recorded, the calendar is updated, and confirmation emails go to the right people.

The concierge team still handles the project details, but they step in after the booking is paid and organized. The system handles the busywork that used to live in the founder's phone and inbox.

The system saves approximately 2 to 6 hours per booking. That time goes back to running the business instead of juggling calendars and reply threads.

Within one day of launch, before any advertising had gone out, the website took its first booking.
